Senior Designer – AI-Powered Banking Platforms

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Designer to lead the creation of next‑generation AI‑powered banking platforms. You will shape intuitive, data‑rich experiences that help enterprise users understand complex AI insights and banking operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end product design from discovery and research through prototyping and delivery.
• Translate complex business requirements into user‑centered journeys, wireframes, interactive prototypes and high‑fidelity interfaces.
• Develop and maintain design systems, reusable components and standards for consistency and scalability.
• Design data‑intensive dashboards and visualizations that communicate AI‑driven insights clearly.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers and cross‑functional stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in product, UX or interaction design.
• At least 3 years designing enterprise software or complex B2B platforms.
• Proven track record designing data‑rich applications and dashboards.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating enterprise products, complex workflows and end‑to‑end design thinking.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping and high‑fidelity UI design.
• Expertise in data visualization and information design.
• Knowledge of front‑end technologies such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript (preferred).
• Experience building and maintaining design systems.
