Senior Designer, Brand & Design (6‑Month Maternity Cover)

About the role

CodaCoda is seeking a Senior Designer to join its Brand & Design team on a six‑month maternity cover. You will create and deliver high‑impact visual work for both B2B and B2C brands across a variety of channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop high‑quality brand and marketing designs for campaigns, social media, websites, presentations, events, editorial content and internal communications.
• Translate briefs, business goals and stakeholder input into clear creative concepts and polished executions.
• Support the evolution and application of Coda’s brand system, including templates, guidelines, visual assets and design libraries.
• Collaborate closely with the Creative Director, marketers, product and leadership teams to define creative direction.
• Present design work, explain rationale and incorporate feedback with good judgment.
• Manage multiple projects independently while balancing quality, timelines and expectations.
• Maintain a high standard of craft across typography, layout, image treatment, colour and composition.
• Work efficiently in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite to create, organise and hand over design files.

Required profile

• Strong agency background with experience in both B2B and B2C brand work.
• Excellent branding fundamentals and ability to work independently from concept to final delivery.
• Proven ability to develop strong visual ideas and present design thinking clearly.
• Effective collaboration with cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Ability to manage several projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality.
