Senior Designer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Designer to lead creative projects from concept through rollout across branding, campaigns and digital work. The role combines hands‑on design execution with art‑direction responsibilities, helping shape the visual direction of the team.

Key responsibilities

• Design branding, campaign and digital assets for a variety of projects.
• Own projects from initial concept through to final delivery.
• Translate brand and communication strategies into compelling visual solutions.
• Develop and apply visual direction across multiple formats and touchpoints.
• Maintain consistency and high‑quality execution throughout the production process.
• Collaborate closely with strategists, account teams and other creative members.
• Support and mentor junior designers, providing constructive feedback.
• Contribute to the overall visual direction and creative quality of the team.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of design experience, preferably in an agency environment.
• Strong foundation in branding, typography and layout.
• Proven ability to develop ideas from concept through full rollout.
• Excellent visual judgement and attention to detail.
• Confidence in taking ownership of projects and guiding execution.
• Ability to translate strategic thinking into clear visual solutions.
• Collaborative mindset with a willingness to support junior designers.
• Openness to feedback and interest in progressing towards art direction.
• Portfolio demonstrating concept‑to‑rollout thinking.
