(Senior) Development Partner, System Delivery, Financing Ecosystem & Tax

About the role

The Tax Programme Management (TPM) department within Financing Ecosystem & Tax monitors, develops and manages tax initiatives, working closely with internal stakeholders and the IT department so that portals and systems run reliably and efficiently. This contract role focuses on the administration, maintenance and continuous improvement of the tax and grant portals.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the tax and grant portals, keeping them reliable, with accurate data and uninterrupted operation
• Work with the IT department to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, escalate and track them until resolved, and suggest process improvements
• Maintain accurate data records and prepare regular and ad-hoc reports, analysing trends to support management decisions and operational improvements
• Act as a key contact for stakeholder queries, document technical issues, system changes and process updates, and support UAT and system upgrades

Required profile

• Degree, certification or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Experience administering and managing enterprise portals or systems, including maintenance, access management and data integrity
• Experience identifying and troubleshooting technical issues with IT teams
• Familiarity with system documentation, such as change records, issue logs and process updates
