Senior DevOps Engineer

About the role

The Senior DevOps Engineer will design, build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks that enable fast, secure and reliable software delivery. Working closely with development, security, infrastructure and operations teams, you will drive continuous improvement of deployment processes and cloud‑native solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for application delivery using GitLab CI/CD.
• Automate software deployment, infrastructure provisioning and configuration management.
• Support container‑based deployments on Kubernetes and Red Hat OpenShift, managing application configurations and environments.
• Integrate security checks, vulnerability scanning and compliance validation into pipelines (DevSecOps).
• Provide release and deployment support across development, testing and production environments, troubleshooting issues and assisting with change management.
• Collaborate with developers, testers, security, infrastructure and operations teams to provide technical guidance and ensure operational readiness.

Required profile

• Proven experience in enterprise DevOps platform engineering and CI/CD pipeline design.
• Hands‑on experience with cloud‑native applications, Kubernetes/OpenShift and AWS services.
• Strong background in automation, infrastructure as code and scripting.
• Ability to work independently and mentor cross‑functional teams.
