Senior DevOps Engineer, Video Intelligence

About the role

We’re looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to own the security, reliability, and delivery of our Azure platform and Kubernetes workloads. You’ll be the hands‑on technical engineer for secure‑by‑default infrastructure—automating everything‑as‑code, and partnering with product teams to enable fast shipping of code without trading off security or resilience.

Key responsibilities

• Build and evolve Azure Landing Zones, management groups, subscription vending, and policy‑as‑code guardrails.
• Design, operate, and harden private AKS clusters with Calico/Cilium, Pod Security Standards, and workload identity.
• Standardize CI/CD pipelines in GitHub Actions / Azure DevOps, enforce SBOM, image scanning, cosign signing, and GitOps deployments with Argo CD or Flux.
• Implement identity and secret management using Entra ID, Managed Identities, Key Vault, and Secrets Store CSI.
• Establish observability with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Microsoft Sentinel, and lead incident response and post‑mortems.

Required profile

• 7+ years in DevOps/SRE/Platform Engineering, with at least 3 years on Azure and 2 years operating Kubernetes in production.
• Proven delivery of Azure Landing Zones or equivalent foundations, expressed as Terraform or Bicep modules.
• Hands‑on experience with container runtime security (OPA/Gatekeeper, Kyverno) and network policies (Calico, Cilium).
