Senior Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

UBS is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead the planning, execution and optimisation of APAC‑wide marketing programmes for its Investment Banking and Global Wealth Management businesses. Based in Hong Kong (or Singapore), you will work within the Marketing Excellence Lab, collaborating with senior leaders, internal teams and external agencies to deliver high‑impact, data‑driven campaigns across digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and optimise integrated marketing campaigns across paid, owned and earned media for the APAC region.
• Partner with senior business leaders, regional and global marketing teams, and agency partners to ensure consistent brand messaging and scalable execution.
• Develop channel strategies for social media, video, podcasts, website, client email communications and content sponsorship initiatives.
• Manage audience targeting, testing, data analysis and ongoing refinement to improve media performance and ROI.
• Support performance measurement, reporting and continuous optimisation of campaign results.

Required profile

• 5‑10 years of relevant experience in financial services marketing, either within a bank or a marketing agency.
• Proven track record of executing multi‑channel campaigns and orchestrating integrated communications across markets.
• Hands‑on experience with paid media, digital channels and performance‑marketing initiatives.
• Strong project‑management skills and ability to navigate complex, matrixed stakeholder environments.
• Data‑driven mindset with confidence in using insights to inform decisions and improve channel performance.
