Senior Director of Sales

About the role

The Senior Director of Sales leads the sales function for Fairmont Singapore and Swissôtel The Stamford, driving revenue across all market segments. This senior position is responsible for establishing partnerships, achieving room‑night targets, and overseeing the full sales cycle in a luxury hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Establish leads and partnerships to meet group, corporate, leisure, MICE, airline and luxury consortia room‑night goals.
• Monitor sales production, adjust activities and priorities, and report on RevPAR, market share and KPIs.
• Develop and execute the annual sales budget, commercial action plans, RFP season, roadshow and trade‑fair schedule.
• Recruit, train, motivate and evaluate sales personnel, manage incentive plans and build succession pipelines.
• Maintain communication with revenue management, marketing, banquet/F&B and corporate global sales offices to align strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 8 years progressive hotel sales experience, including 3–4 years in a senior sales leadership role.
• Proven track record of revenue growth and managing multiple market segments in luxury or upscale hospitality.
