About the role
We are seeking a Civil & Structural Senior Draughtsman cum BIM Coordinator to develop BIM models and produce construction documentation. The role involves ensuring BIM standards compliance and preparing submission drawings. You will work closely with project teams to deliver accurate BIM models and drawings that meet authority requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Develop BIM models using Autodesk Revit and Tekla Structures from 2D CAD/PDF drawings.
- Ensure BIM models comply with authority submission standards.
- Produce submission, construction, and shop drawings using BIM tools and AutoCAD.
Required profile
- Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
- Proficiency in English.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience.
- Ability to work independently and familiarity with authorities' submission requirements.
