Senior E-Commerce Executive

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Senior E‑Commerce Executive to lead the end‑to‑end operations of our online storefronts in Singapore. You will ensure a seamless customer journey from browsing to delivery while driving sales growth through data‑driven strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise product listings across all e‑commerce platforms, maintaining accurate information, pricing and inventory.
• Collaborate with the Order Fulfilment team to streamline order processing and guarantee timely deliveries.
• Reconcile platform transactions and resolve discrepancies together with Finance.
• Develop and execute sales campaigns and promotions to increase traffic, conversion and average order value.
• Plan and manage offline marketing initiatives such as roadshows.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, complaints, returns and refunds.
• Own the Corporate Employee Purchase Programme, handling account development, onboarding and database management.
• Track and manage the Marketing Fund, monitor budgets and document spend.
• Analyse KPIs, customer behaviour and competitor activity to identify trends and growth opportunities.
• Produce regular reports on sales performance, campaign effectiveness and operational metrics.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience in e‑commerce operations.
• Proven experience with major e‑commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, Lazada or Shopee.
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with Google Analytics or similar tools.
• Excellent project and time‑management abilities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Customer‑first mindset with strong problem‑solving capabilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for internal and external liaison.
