Senior E‑Commerce Specialist & Team Leader

About the role

Reolink is seeking a Senior E‑Commerce Specialist who will also lead a small team. The role focuses on managing Reolink’s official website and driving growth on key overseas markets such as Australia, Europe and the US.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company’s e‑commerce storefronts across multiple platforms, ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Upload and optimise product listings, including titles, descriptions and item specifics for target markets.
• Conduct keyword research and listing optimisation to improve visibility, ranking and conversion rates.
• Plan and execute promotional strategies (discounts, campaigns, ads, sponsored listings) tailored to each market.
• Monitor and process customer orders, coordinating fulfillment to meet platform‑specific standards.
• Track and analyse sales performance, traffic and conversion data, providing actionable insights.
• Ensure full compliance with each platform’s policies and guidelines to protect account health.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in e‑commerce store operations and sales growth.
• Solid understanding of platform policies for Amazon, Shopee, Lazada and similar marketplaces.
• Awareness of current e‑commerce threats and policy changes worldwide.
• Experience in cross‑border B2C e‑commerce, especially for Australia, Europe or the US (advantageous).
• Proven experience leading a team or acting as a senior member of an e‑commerce team.
