Senior EHS Executive

About the role

The Senior EHS Executive will lead the implementation, monitoring and continuous improvement of our Environment, Health & Safety management systems across all project and operational sites. You will ensure compliance with statutory requirements, ISO standards and company policies while fostering a proactive safety culture.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and maintain EHS policies, procedures and management systems in line with WSH regulations, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001 and BizSafe.
• Conduct workplace safety inspections, audits, risk assessments and site observations.
• Investigate incidents, accidents and near‑misses, prepare reports and liaise with authorities.
• Review and monitor Permit‑to‑Work, Risk Assessments and Safe Work Procedures, ensuring contractor compliance.
• Coordinate internal and external EHS audits, regulatory inspections and certification activities.
• Organise safety training, toolbox talks, emergency drills and EHS awareness programmes.
• Prepare EHS reports, maintain statutory records and track key performance indicators.
• Oversee facilities management, including preventive and corrective maintenance of office, warehouse and operational assets.
• Manage service providers, supervise maintenance works and ensure compliance with building systems such as HVAC, fire protection, electrical, lighting and plumbing.
• Support space planning, housekeeping, security, pest control, waste management and facility improvement projects.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in EHS management within an industrial or logistics environment.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore WSH regulations, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001 and BizSafe requirements.
• Proven ability to lead audits, investigations and risk‑based safety programmes.
• Experience managing facilities, maintenance contracts and building systems.
