Senior EHSS Engineer – EHS & Security Lead

About the role

We are looking for a Senior EHSS Engineer to lead and coordinate Environment, Health, Safety and Security initiatives at our Jurong Island manufacturing site. You will ensure compliance with corporate policies, local legislation, and international standards while driving continuous improvement in safety performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, communicate and implement EHS & Security programs in line with corporate and local regulatory requirements.
• Track EHS, fire safety and security objectives, reporting progress to corporate EHS and SAAC teams.
• Liaise with government authorities on EHS, fire safety and security matters.
• Evaluate and control risks associated with hazardous chemicals, environmental noise, and other workplace hazards.
• Maintain ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 quality management system objectives and support audit closure.
• Coordinate emergency response drills and support the management of CERT and FA members.
• Oversee contract management for outsourced security personnel and investigate security incidents.

Required profile

• Diploma in OSH, EHS, Fire Safety or Security.
• Registered with MOM as a Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO).
• Relevant experience in safety program management within the manufacturing sector.
• Familiarity with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 documentation.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
