Senior Electrical & Instrument Technician

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Electrical & Instrument Technician to join our Manufacturing & Supply team in Singapore. You will be responsible for maintaining and repairing electrical, electronic, pneumatic and instrumentation systems that support the production of life‑changing treatments.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and repair all electrical, electronic, pneumatic and instrumentation used in process equipment and utilities.
• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance in accordance with company standards and safety procedures.
• Carry out routine and non‑routine calibration of FT, LT, TT, PT and other instruments following the plant calibration schedule.
• Troubleshoot and repair motors, variable frequency drives (VFD), motor control centres (MCC) and related equipment under supervision.
• Document all maintenance activities and ensure proper housekeeping and HSE compliance.
• Coach and mentor junior technicians on maintenance tasks.
• Assist senior E&I engineers in coordinating contractor work and ensuring compliance with SOPs, GMP and Good Engineering Practice.

Required profile

• NITEC or higher in Electrical/Electronics (or Diploma with at least 4‑5 years relevant experience).
• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience with plant electrical equipment, switchboards, PLCs, instrumentation and calibration.
• Strong understanding of preventive and breakdown maintenance, safety standards and quality requirements.
