Senior Engineer – CIM Data Analyst

About the role

This position bridges our Singapore site with the headquarters in Taiwan, ensuring seamless system integration and data flow. You will maintain and enhance the VS1 MES (PROMIS) platform while driving advanced analytics and AI model adaptation for local operations.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between Singapore and Taiwan HQ for communication and strategic alignment.
• Maintain, optimise, and continuously improve the VS1 MES (PROMIS) system.
• Integrate and manage foundry MES data to support organisation‑wide analytics.
• Implement and fine‑tune AI analysis models from HQ for local operational needs.
• Oversee wafer input systems to ensure accuracy and production flow.
• Validate VS1 accounting closing data for timely financial reporting.
• Manage and enhance the VS1 outgoing system for stable operations.
• Design, implement and maintain web‑based applications for business needs.
• Develop automated MES data reporting solutions and adapt Power BI dashboards for Singapore.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong professional communication skills in English and the ability to interact effectively with Taiwan counterparts.

Required skills

• PL/SQL and Oracle Database operations.
• Web development using Angular, Node.js, ASP.NET or JSP.
• Python programming for data processing and automation.
• VB6 and .NET for legacy system maintenance.
• Power BI for dashboard creation and analytics.
