Senior Engineer, Security

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Senior Engineer to design and deliver Protective Security Engineering solutions for blast‑resistant buildings and infrastructure. Based at our SJ Campus, you will work on projects from concept through construction, collaborating with clients, consultants and contractors.

Key responsibilities

• Design, analyse and plan protective security systems and solutions.
• Produce high‑quality designs, drawings and technical reports on schedule.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, clients and authorities across all project phases.
• Prepare tender documents, evaluate proposals and advise clients.
• Oversee site activities, conduct inspections and attend construction meetings.

Required profile

• Degree in Electrical, Mechanical or related Engineering discipline (accreditation advantageous).
• Strong critical‑thinking, communication and teamwork abilities.
• Self‑driven, curious and eager to tackle new challenges.
• Professional certifications such as Competent Person (Security) are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with engineering design software, e.g., AutoCAD.
