Senior Executive Assistant, HR Data Analytics

Key responsibilities

• Support HR recruitment lifecycle initiatives and specialist onboarding processes.
• Enhance and maintain HR workflows using Microsoft Power Automate.
• Identify automation opportunities and improve existing HR processes.
• Develop efficient process flows for recruitment and onboarding activities.
• Consolidate, clean, and organise HR data from multiple systems into structured Excel master files.
• Analyse HR data and produce clear, user‑friendly outputs.
• Recommend and implement automation solutions for recurring manual tasks.
• Create Excel‑based tools using advanced formulas, PivotTables, VBA, and macros.
• Support HR analytics, performance management, and promotion‑related initiatives while maintaining data confidentiality.

Required profile

• Diploma in Human Resources, Data Science, or a related discipline.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Power Automate.
• Proven track record delivering process automation or enhancement projects.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables and advanced formulas; VBA/macros advantageous.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot or other AI productivity tools is a plus.
• Comfortable working with large datasets and performing data consolidation and cleansing.
• Meticulous, structured, and able to handle confidential information professionally.
