Senior Executive / Assistant Manager, Clinical Operations

About the role

The Institute of Mental Health (IMH) in Singapore is looking for a Senior Executive / Assistant Manager to join its Clinical Operations team. Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will support the management of clinical operations and administrative functions, working closely with clinical and operational stakeholders to deliver clinical services and programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development, implementation and evaluation of clinical services and programmes.
• Ensure services and programmes comply with operational standards, policies and procedures.
• Monitor key performance indicators and prepare performance reports for management decisions.
• Analyse operational data, identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Develop proposals, reports and presentation materials for management and stakeholders.
• Review policies, procedures and workflows to improve efficiency, quality and patient care.
• Coordinate projects and initiatives with multidisciplinary stakeholders.
• Provide secretariat support to committees, including meeting materials, minutes and follow-up on action items.

Required profile

• A recognised degree, preferably in Business Administration, Business Management, Engineering, Healthcare Management or a related discipline.
• At least two years of relevant experience in operations, administration, project management or data analysis.
• Healthcare sector experience is an advantage.

• Good organisational and project coordination skills; detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in data analysis, proposal writing and performance reporting.
