About the role

The Senior Executive / Assistant Manager, Nursing Administration provides comprehensive administrative support for patient service associate (PSA) management, nursing awards, and educational operations within the National University Hospital. This 2‑year contract role coordinates initiatives that enhance nursing staff development and streamline operational workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Support PSA role redesign initiatives and collaborate with stakeholders to expand PSA responsibilities.
• Facilitate career progression planning for PSAs, including development of career ladders.
• Coordinate training and development programmes to strengthen PSA competencies.
• Oversee inpatient SA manpower operations, covering recruitment, retention and special staffing needs.
• Standardise operational workflows across departments and resolve system‑related issues.
• Participate in the annual PSA Day committee, coordinate awards and represent the department in cross‑functional projects.
