Senior Executive / Assistant Manager – Partnerships & Development

About the role

The Senior Executive / Assistant Manager – Partnerships & Development will lead the creation and management of strategic collaborations with corporations, foundations and community organisations across Singapore. You will be responsible for designing partnership proposals, overseeing volunteer programmes and supporting fundraising initiatives that generate measurable social impact.

Key responsibilities

• Build, nurture and steward partnerships with corporations, foundations and community organisations.
• Craft compelling partnership proposals and negotiate win‑win agreements.
• Track, review and evaluate partnerships to ensure alignment with mission and strategic goals.
• Design and manage volunteer strategies, covering recruitment, onboarding, training, deployment and recognition.
• Maintain accurate volunteer records and ensure compliance with organisational policies.
• Serve as relationship manager for key donors and fundraising partners.
• Develop donor engagement plans and support fundraising campaigns and events.
• Monitor fundraising outcomes and report insights to leadership and the Board.
• Represent the organisation at meetings, events and networking opportunities.
• Create clear communication materials for partners and volunteers.

Required profile

• Proven experience in partnership development, donor relations or volunteer programme management.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyse partnership performance and produce actionable reports.
• Passion for social impact and community‑driven initiatives.
