Senior Executive, Content Marketing & PR

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Executive, Content Marketing & PR to support the Marketing Manager at Shangri‑La Rasa Sentosa in planning and executing integrated marketing, content and public relations initiatives for our beachfront resort.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Marketing Manager in planning and execution of marketing, content and PR initiatives.
• Develop and manage content plans and calendars aligned with resort marketing objectives.
• Conceptualise, create and optimise photo and video content for digital and traditional channels.
• Write compelling copy for social media, paid campaigns, website, EDMs and marketing collaterals.
• Manage day‑to‑day social media channels, identify trends and storytelling opportunities.
• Monitor content performance and campaign KPIs, using insights to optimise results.
• Support PR activities including press releases, media pitches and fact sheets.
• Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers and KOLs and coordinate engagements.

Required profile

• 3–5 years experience in content marketing, PR or integrated marketing, preferably in hospitality, lifestyle or travel.
• Strong copywriting, editing and storytelling abilities across audiences and platforms.
• Experience in media relations, influencer/KOL engagement and publicity campaigns.
• Proficient in photography, videography and editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut or Canva.
• Good understanding of social and digital platforms, content trends and performance analytics.
• Highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Comfortable supporting events and media engagements outside regular hours, including weekends.
