Senior Executive, Digital Learning

About the role

The Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine (LKCMedicine) at NTU is seeking a Senior Executive to oversee the planning, procurement, governance and financial management of its enterprise digital learning systems. The role ensures continuity, compliance and cost‑effectiveness of the school’s digital learning ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate end‑to‑end procurement activities for digital learning platforms, from planning to contract administration.
• Manage software subscription renewals and evaluate utilisation to inform procurement decisions.
• Prepare annual budget forecasts, monitor expenditures and analyse variances.
• Handle financial processes including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, goods receipts, claims and budget transfers.
• Maintain IT governance documentation for software procurement and renewals.
• Support cybersecurity, audit and compliance reviews.
• Liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders throughout procurement and renewal cycles.
• Maintain digital asset records and departmental documentation.
• Support knowledge‑management and process documentation initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accountancy, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in procurement, finance, contract management, IT administration or digital operations.
