Senior Executive, Financing Programme Management (Contract)

About the role

This is a contract position within EnterpriseSG's Financing Ecosystem and Tax division, which acts as the product house for financing tools that help Singapore enterprises access capital for transformation and growth. The team designs, structures and executes financing programmes, and this role supports accurate, timely and well-administered financing operations between enterprises and Participating Financial Institutions (PFIs).

Key responsibilities

• PFI reporting management: verify the accuracy of monthly reports, loan data and premiums payable submitted by PFIs, reconcile figures and resolve discrepancies, and proactively follow up on outstanding items.
• Address stakeholder enquiries about monthly reporting processes and guidelines, giving clear and timely responses.
• Claims processing and management: review write-off claim submissions, assess supporting documentation and claim conditions against guidelines, and ensure claim amounts are complete and correctly reconciled before processing.
• Oversee validation of post-claim write-back recoveries and their correct apportionment, and respond to stakeholder enquiries about claims processes.
• Digital transformation and process improvement: contribute to digitalisation projects that improve operational efficiency and financing workflows, and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new systems, documenting findings and giving structured feedback.

Required profile

• Experience in financial operations, loans/claims processing or a related field, applying established frameworks and guidelines to assess and process cases accurately.
• Ability to verify and reconcile financial data, identify discrepancies and ensure the integrity of reports and claims from external parties.
• Familiarity with process transformation or system implementation, including meaningful contribution to UAT and workflow improvements.
• Proficiency in managing documentation and compliance requirements across multiple cases, with strong attention to detail.
