Senior Executive, HR Shared Services

About the role

The Senior Executive, HR Shared Services will provide day-to-day operational support across the full employee lifecycle, partnering closely with HR Business Partners to ensure smooth onboarding, off-boarding and HR service delivery. The role also owns end-to-end monthly payroll processing, statutory compliance and related reporting for the Singapore entity.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily HR operations, including onboarding/off-boarding, employment contract preparation, HR letters, work-pass administration and maintaining accurate employee data in HR systems.
• Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing, salary adjustments, allowances, overtime, deductions, tax clearance (IR21) and statutory submissions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Provide first-level HR guidance to employees and internal stakeholders on policies, processes and HR enquiries.
• Prepare payroll and HR reports, assist with audits, and contribute to HR projects such as system testing and user acceptance testing.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on HR experience with a strong focus on payroll processing and Singapore statutory requirements.
• Excellent numerical aptitude, attention to detail and ability to manage large data volumes under tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Experience with SAP ECP payroll system.
• Familiarity with BIPO Payroll platform.
