Senior Executive, Operations

About the role

NTU PACE is seeking a Senior Executive, Operations to support the delivery of continuing education programmes. Reporting to the team leader, you will ensure smooth backend operations, logistics and participant satisfaction for a wide range of professional courses.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and process course applications via the Training Management System and keep course information up‑to‑date.
• Prepare documentation for internal and external trainers and arrange timely appointments.
• Coordinate all logistical aspects to ensure successful programme delivery.
• Plan, brief and organise manpower for on‑site course operations.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to align programme planning and execution.
• Respond to queries from the public and students regarding courses.
• Maintain course databases and generate post‑training evaluation reports.
• Issue e‑certificates and follow up on outstanding matters to ensure high customer service.

Required profile

• A recognised degree in any related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in administration and training support operations.
• Proactive team player able to multitask and work independently.
• Meticulous with the ability to meet tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
