Senior Executive, Outreach & Admissions

About the role

The Senior Executive, Outreach & Admissions will support Nanyang Business School’s graduate recruitment and admission processes. Reporting to the Senior Assistant Director of Graduate Studies, the role combines administrative coordination, student outreach, and marketing activities to attract high‑quality candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate admissions interviews with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage the admission offer approval process, track outcomes and follow up with candidates.
• Update application and enrolment data across master’s programmes and prepare scholarship recommendation information.
• Draft waiver letters, organise student onboarding events, and handle admissions enquiries.
• Assist with procurement documentation, purchase tracking and marketing expense management.
• Support data sanitisation for CRM uploads.
• Respond to marketing enquiries, coordinate outreach events, and manage event logistics.
• Obtain approvals for marketing content, launch outreach campaigns (EDMs, videos, photoshoots), and represent the school at education fairs, webinars and online chats.
• Convert prospective candidates into applicants and enrolments, and coordinate overseas event logistics.

Required profile

• Degree in any field (Business or Marketing preferred).
• 2‑3 years of experience in administration and sales/marketing support.
• Strong organisational and planning abilities to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders.
• Excellent attention to detail for accurate data capture and management.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with faculty, students and partners.
• Adaptability to a fast‑moving academic environment.
