Senior Executive, Scholarship & Awards (5-Month Contract)

About the role

SingHealth's Talent Attraction, Development & Awards (TADA) department is looking for a Senior Executive for a 5-month contract. The role supports two areas: celebrating staff achievements and inspiring the next generation of healthcare professionals to build their careers with SingHealth.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate nomination calls for national awards such as the National Day Awards and cluster-level awards including the SingHealth Excellence Awards (SHEA) and the SingHealth Administrators & Ancillary Staff Awards (SAAS), collating nominations across SingHealth's institutions, verifying eligibility and preparing materials for senior leadership review.
• Plan and execute award ceremonies end-to-end, working with event management companies, vendors and institution HR representatives to manage logistics and ensure smooth delivery on the day.
• Promote healthcare careers at school campuses and external events with internal departments and external healthcare clusters.
• Develop publicity materials such as brochures and videos, keep website content current and manage the procurement of corporate gifts for scholarship marketing.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Candidates without experience are welcome to apply and will be considered for the Senior Executive position.
• Experience in event management, whether at school, through internships or in a professional setting, is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• A collaborative team player who can work independently when required.
