Senior Executive/Assistant Manager – Licensing & Enterprise Risk Management

About the role

The Senior Executive/Assistant Manager will support Eastern Community Hospital’s (ECH) planning and development of clinical services while ensuring compliance with licensing, data protection and enterprise risk management standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist ECH clinical teams in designing care models and work processes.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and align clinical needs with facility planning.
• Collaborate with the Development Secretariat to prepare for the new hospital opening.
• Develop, implement and update data protection policies in line with the PDPA.
• Support internal audits, identify gaps and raise staff awareness of data protection requirements.
• Maintain compliance with the MOH Healthcare Services Act, ISO accreditation and other licensing standards.
• Plan, conduct and follow‑up on internal audits for licensing and accreditation.
• Assist the Senior Manager in creating the SCH ERM work plan, analysing risk data and monitoring key risks across three community hospitals.
• Coordinate ERM activities, promote a risk‑aware culture and ensure adherence to the SingHealth AEN incident‑reporting framework.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
• Fresh graduates are welcome; a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a healthcare environment is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally in a fast‑moving hospital setting.
