Senior Facilities Technician

About the role

JLL is hiring a Senior Facilities Technician for an on-site position in Singapore. The role covers daily site inspections, basic electrical and plumbing repairs, HVAC and UPS maintenance, inventory control and support for vendors and events.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily site inspections and read water and electrical meters
• Keep premises neat, clean and in good working condition
• Check essential equipment regularly and carry out monthly joint EHS inspections with site staff
• Maintain inventory of office keys and supplies and tools
• Perform daily ambient temperature checks and adjust as needed
• Escort vendors, delivery and maintenance personnel
• Carry out basic electrical work (power trip reset, switch and light fitting repairs) and basic plumbing (leakage repair, faucet and bidet replacement)
• Check and maintain CRAC, FCU, WLDS and UPS equipment
• Touch up or repair the premises, fix faulty locksets and repair doors, hinges and stoppers
• Support move, add and change of furniture and workspace, and provide onsite meeting room and event support
• Respond to fault calls and emergencies, troubleshoot facilities systems and support colleagues
