Senior Finance Executive – Operations

About the role

The Senior Finance Executive – Operations will lead end‑to‑end settlement of investment transactions and treasury activities for GuoLine Group Management. You will work closely with internal Front Office, Group Treasury and external banks to ensure accurate, timely processing and drive continuous improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate treasury and trade‑related matters with Front Office and Group Treasury to ensure seamless operations.
• Own settlement processes for fixed deposits, FX, equities and other treasury products, guaranteeing accuracy and timeliness.
• Perform trade confirmations and maintain transaction records in the Treasury Management System (TMS).
• Prepare settlement instructions and payment documentation, securing required approvals and signatories.
• Collaborate with banks and custodians to resolve settlement discrepancies and operational issues promptly.
• Monitor daily cash positions, maintain cashbooks and conduct bank reconciliations.
• Support bank account administration, KYC reviews, compliance exercises and audit confirmations.
• Monitor corporate actions and related settlement activities.
• Identify and implement process‑improvement opportunities to enhance treasury automation and TMS functionality.
• Undertake additional treasury, banking and finance‑related duties as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related discipline.
• 5‑8 years of experience in treasury operations, trade settlements, trade support or banking operations.
• Strong understanding of investment transaction settlement, cash management and banking operations.
• Proven experience liaising with banks, custodians and other financial institutions.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Treasury Management Systems (TMS).
