Senior Finance Manager – Finance Controller (APAC)

About the role

We are seeking a driven Senior Finance Manager who will also act as Finance Controller for our Asia‑Pacific portfolio. The role will support a system implementation and transformation, handling large‑volume data and reconciliation while providing regional financial reporting, consolidation and strategic analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver regional financial reports, performance analysis and risk assessments to the Regional CFO.
• Serve as the primary finance liaison for in‑country CFOs and Heads of Finance, ensuring consistent application of Group accounting policies.
• Review country‑level P&L performance, conduct variance and flux analysis, and support Group budgeting, forecasting and long‑range planning.
• Consolidate regional results for management and Group reporting, and prepare financial reports for lenders and borrowers.
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax agents, and support post‑acquisition integration of new entities.

Required profile

• University degree with prior Big 4 experience and current commercial sector exposure.
• Strong technical competence in Group reporting and consolidation.
• Hands‑on, detailed, resilient, flexible and resource‑ful with excellent change‑management abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a lean, fast‑paced environment and manage large data volumes.
• Strong Excel proficiency and willingness to travel up to three trips per year.
