Senior Finance Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Finance Manager to lead finance operations for our Singapore and U.S. entities. Reporting to the Finance Controller, you will ensure accurate reporting, regulatory compliance, and scalable finance processes that support our global growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly and annual financial close for both entities, delivering timely and accurate reports.
• Prepare consolidated management reports, budgets, forecasts and variance analysis for senior leadership.
• Oversee general ledger, AP, AR, fixed assets, intercompany transactions and cash management.
• Manage treasury activities, banking relationships, cash‑flow forecasting and working‑capital optimization.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards, U.S. GAAP, tax regulations and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate external audits, tax filings and statutory submissions in Singapore and the United States.
• Strengthen internal controls, financial governance and accounting policies across all entities.
• Partner with business leaders to provide financial analysis, commercial insights and cost‑optimization recommendations.
• Drive finance transformation initiatives, including ERP implementation and process automation.
• Mentor and supervise finance team members while supporting the Finance Controller in building a high‑performing global finance function.

Required profile

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Professional qualification such as CPA, CA, ACCA preferred.
• Extensive experience in financial reporting, budgeting, treasury and tax compliance for multinational entities.
• Strong knowledge of SFRS, U.S. GAAP and relevant tax regulations.
• Proven ability to lead finance teams and manage cross‑border finance operations.
