Senior Finance Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced, hands‑on Senior Finance Manager to lead our finance function in Singapore. The role will be responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, compliance and cash‑flow management while providing strategic insights to support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full spectrum of finance and accounting operations, including monthly, quarterly and annual closing.
• Prepare and review management accounts and financial reports for senior leadership.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting and long‑term financial planning.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital and treasury activities.
• Analyse financial performance and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS), IFRS and statutory requirements.
• Oversee statutory audits, tax filings, GST reporting and regulatory submissions.
• Maintain robust internal controls and financial governance.
• Partner with business leaders to support budgeting, financial planning and operational decision‑making.
• Provide financial analysis and modelling for strategic initiatives and business cases.
• Lead, mentor and develop the finance team, fostering a collaborative high‑performance culture.
• Drive process improvement through automation and digital transformation.
• Identify financial risks and implement mitigation measures.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• Professional qualification such as CA, CPA, ACCA or ISCA preferred.
• 8–12+ years of progressive finance experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of SFRS/IFRS, taxation and Singapore statutory requirements.
• Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and business partnering.
• Strong analytical and commercial acumen.
