Senior Fund Controller – Finance Manager

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated, independent, and detail‑oriented Senior Fund Controller to join our finance team. The role is pivotal in ensuring the integrity of financial and management reporting, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence across our managed funds.

Key responsibilities

• Lead preparation and review of periodic financial and management reports, including unaudited statements, audit reports, budgets, forecasts, INREV SDDS, quarterly investor reports and capital account statements.
• Ensure full compliance with statutory, tax and audit requirements across jurisdictions such as Singapore, Japan, Korea, Australia and Malaysia, and monitor financing covenants.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders—including management, investors, auditors, tax advisors and fund administrators—and manage service providers to maintain high‑quality reporting.
• Design, implement and maintain financial policies, procedures and internal controls to safeguard fund assets and optimise cash management.
• Support investment and divestment activities, review transaction documents, coordinate execution and lead complex accounting treatment discussions with auditors and stakeholders.

Required profile

• ACCA qualification or a degree in Accountancy.
• 10–12 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a fund controller or senior fund accounting role.
• Experience in private equity, real estate or data‑centre funds is preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards International (SFRS(I)) and fund structures.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
