Senior HR Business Partner

About the role

Bitdeer is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to act as an employee champion and change leader. You will partner with senior leadership to shape workforce strategy, drive engagement, and support the company’s rapid growth across its global Bitcoin mining and AI cloud operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic HR guidance on workforce planning, talent management, employee engagement and organizational development.
• Lead change‑management initiatives that enable business transformations and growth objectives.
• Identify talent gaps with business leaders and design solutions such as talent acquisition, succession planning and leadership development.
• Coach managers and employees on HR policies, labor law compliance, employee relations and performance management.
• Develop and roll out HR programs that boost organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
• Oversee complex employee‑relations issues, ensuring timely resolution while minimizing risk.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, etc.) to deliver business‑aligned programs.
• Analyze HR metrics and trends, preparing reports to inform decisions and improve practices.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations and company policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 7‑10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a business‑partner capacity within a dynamic organization.
• Strong knowledge of HR principles, labor laws and best practices.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and build credibility.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated experience driving change‑management and organizational‑development initiatives.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and capacity to navigate complex HR issues.
