Senior HR Business Partner (Manager level)

About the role

The Senior HR Business Partner will work on‑site at Resorts World Sentosa, partnering with hiring managers and business units to attract top talent and support strategic HR initiatives across the hospitality and service environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to source and acquire talent that meets business needs.
• Design and implement talent acquisition strategies, processes and programs.
• Provide HR advisory services to business units, supporting manpower planning, talent development and operational requirements.
• Manage the full HR lifecycle including onboarding, transfers, appointments, contract renewals, disciplinary actions, performance management and off‑boarding.
• Coach and guide managers and team members, fostering engagement and employee relations.
• Ensure HR solutions comply with labour laws and internal policies.
• Participate in cross‑functional improvement projects and HR initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related business discipline.
• 8‑10 years of experience in hiring, business partnering and talent acquisition, preferably in hospitality, retail or service sectors.
• Proven people‑leadership abilities with strong judgment and communication skills.
• High energy, meticulous, organized and analytical, able to thrive under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
