About the role
We are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to join a leading private hospital in Singapore. The role works closely with business leaders to shape HR strategy, manage employee relations and support the full employee lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders on HR policies, employee relations and employment matters.
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, onboarding and off‑boarding processes.
- Support performance management, grievance handling and employee development.
- Review, update and implement HR policies and process improvements.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and broader HR programs.
Required profile
- Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist.
- Healthcare experience preferred.
