Senior HR Executive / Assistant HR Manager

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Senior HR Executive / Assistant HR Manager to lead our HR team in Singapore. You will drive performance, support employee growth, and ensure compliance with local labour laws while fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the HR team to achieve high performance and professional growth.
• Continuously improve HR processes covering payroll, benefits, employee data management and reporting.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all employee‑relations matters.
• Maintain employee morale through effective leadership and teamwork.
• Advise management on employment legislation, best practices and statutory compliance.
• Review and update HR policies and procedures.
• Handle employee grievances, complaints and provide counselling.
• Monitor performance and identify opportunities to boost productivity and efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of HR experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High integrity, discipline and ability to work independently or collaboratively.
• Proven ability to create, present and execute ideas, reports and budgets.
• Strong knowledge of local employment laws and best practices.
