Senior HR Executive

About the role

Join Surbana Jurong’s HR team as a Senior HR Executive, based at the Jurong Innovation District campus. You will play a pivotal role in supporting the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to exit, while ensuring compliance with Singapore’s employment regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct new‑hire briefings and facilitate smooth onboarding processes.
• Manage work pass applications, cancellations, and renewals.
• Maintain employee contracts, data, and documentation updates.
• Lead exit interviews and oversee end‑to‑end resignation and clearance procedures.
• Prepare training bond agreements and deed acceptance letters as required.
• Respond to staff enquiries on HR policies, benefits, insurance, and welfare matters.
• Prepare and submit government‑required surveys and reports (e.g., Labour Market Surveys, IMDA surveys).
• Support business units with invoice, payment, and insurance liaison tasks, including WICA and claims processing.
• Participate in ad‑hoc HR projects and initiatives.

Required profile

• Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s, Postgraduate or Professional degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and regulations.
• Highly motivated, well‑organized, resourceful with a proactive, can‑do attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
