Senior HR Manager (HRBP) – Luxury Brand

About the role

A global luxury brand is hiring a Senior HR Manager through its partner, Timeo-Performance, based in Singapore. The role acts as a strategic HR Business Partner to senior leaders, anticipating business HR needs and delivering both strategic and operational advice. It aligns business objectives with employees and management in designated brands and works across HR functions to support management and employees.

Key responsibilities

• Work closely with management and employees to improve relationships, build a new "One" culture and increase productivity and retention.
• Act as a strategic partner, coach, change agent and employee advocate on all HR initiatives for the assigned brands.
• Translate business requirements and challenges into relevant HR actions and initiatives.
• Coordinate and run People Management activities such as people reviews, performance assessments and employee engagement.
• Manage and develop one team member (HR Manager) and coordinate HR teams in the region (Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand).
• Equip managers with tools for performance and career management aligned with development plans.
• Collaborate with COEs for consistent, integrated HR support; support senior leaders on recruitment strategy; review and benchmark HR policies.
• Drive sharing of best practices across functions and manage specific projects for SEA and Asia.

Required profile

• At least 10 years of experience as an HRBP in a fast-paced industry such as retail, FMCG, hospitality or F&B.
• Good balance between HRBP and operations roles.
• Ability to work in an ambiguous environment; collaborative, energetic and enthusiastic.
• Experience in an MNC or international environment is a must.
