Senior HR Officer

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Senior HR Officer to lead the full spectrum of HR functions for our growing operations in Singapore. The role will support recruitment, employee relations, manpower planning, and ensure compliance with local employment legislation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training, compensation, benefits and off‑boarding.
• Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases and documentation.
• Partner with hiring managers to identify manpower needs, coordinate recruitment activities and build talent pipelines for operational and project‑based positions.
• Administer work pass applications, renewals and related employment matters, and prepare employment contracts and HR correspondence.
• Handle employee enquiries, grievances and disciplinary matters, providing confidential HR advice to managers and staff.
• Coordinate performance appraisal cycles, monitor probation periods and arrange learning and development programmes.
• Ensure compliance with the Singapore Employment Act, MOM regulations and internal HR policies, and prepare required reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing the full spectrum of HR functions.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore employment legislation and MOM regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive, detail‑oriented approach.
