Senior HR Specialist, Compensation & Benefits

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and analytical Senior HR Specialist in Compensation & Benefits to lead the design, administration, and continuous improvement of our reward programs. The role ensures our compensation practices stay competitive, equitable, and compliant while supporting business goals and enhancing employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and administer C&B policies, programs, and processes in line with company guidelines and Singapore employment legislation.
• Keep accurate C&B data in HR systems, perform data validation, and generate regular and ad‑hoc reports for budgeting and workforce planning.
• Coordinate job analysis, evaluation, and grading activities, and manage salary structure records.
• Execute annual salary reviews, bonuses, and incentive processes, including data preparation, validation, analysis, and stakeholder coordination.
• Conduct market benchmarking, salary surveys, and compensation analyses to support competitive and equitable pay practices.
• Administer employee benefits, liaising with employees, managers, HR colleagues, and external vendors.
• Provide day‑to‑day advisory support on C&B matters to employees and managers.
• Identify and implement improvements to C&B processes, systems, and controls.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum three (3) years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards, or a related HR function.
• Experience in semiconductor, manufacturing or similar industrial environments is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of C&B principles, salary benchmarking, job evaluation, annual reviews, bonus administration and employee benefits.
• Working knowledge of Singapore employment legislation and statutory requirements.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving abilities and strong attention to detail.
