Senior Human Resource Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Human Resource Executive to support the Senior HR Manager in delivering end‑to‑end HR services for our construction business. The role covers recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, payroll and workforce administration.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full recruitment cycles to attract qualified candidates aligned with business needs.
• Administer compensation and benefits to ensure competitive, compliant packages.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and resolve workplace relations issues.
• Implement performance management processes to support development and organisational goals.
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations and Singapore employment laws.
• Keep confidential employee records accurate in the HR database and personnel files.
• Conduct onboarding and off‑boarding, including induction on terms and conditions.
• Handle Work Pass applications, renewals and cancellations in line with regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on time.

Required profile

• Certificate or Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years HR experience, preferably in the construction sector.
• Good knowledge of Singapore HR practices, laws and regulations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Team player with initiative, able to work autonomously and collaboratively.
