Senior Human Resources Manager

About the role

The Senior Human Resources Manager leads the full spectrum of HR functions, acting as a strategic partner to business leaders. This role oversees compensation & benefits, talent and performance management, succession planning, and employee relations for a large, diverse workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with department heads to align HR strategies with business objectives and provide expert advice on employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning.
• Lead annual salary reviews, bonus and incentive programs, conduct market benchmarking, and manage employee benefits to ensure competitiveness and equity.
• Drive the performance management cycle, facilitate talent reviews, identify high‑potential employees, and coordinate learning and development initiatives.
• Develop and maintain succession plans for critical positions, work with leaders to assess readiness, and support leadership development programs.
• Handle employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions, grievances, investigations, and conflict resolution, while promoting a positive workplace culture.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience managing end‑to‑end HR functions.
• Proven ability to act as a strategic business partner and influence senior leadership.
• Strong knowledge of compensation structures, benefits administration, and market benchmarking.
• Experience leading performance management, talent development, and succession planning processes.
• Demonstrated skill in managing employee relations and fostering a high‑performing culture.
