Senior Human Resources Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Human Resources Specialist to own the full employee lifecycle and support our growing APAC operations. You will partner with line managers and external vendors to ensure smooth HR processes and a positive employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end employee lifecycle from onboarding through off‑boarding.
• Maintain accurate employment records and p‑files across multiple HR systems.
• Administer monthly payroll in collaboration with outsourced payroll vendors.
• Oversee benefits programs and provide assistance to employees.
• Design and execute internal employee‑engagement events.
• Handle office‑related matters for APAC locations (Singapore, Australia, Vietnam, Japan).
• Identify and implement continuous‑improvement initiatives to align with best practices and compliance.
• Prepare HR reports as required by the business.
• Support line managers with HR solutions and facilitate implementation.
• Undertake additional projects or tasks assigned by the line manager or functional head.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of relevant HR experience.
• Experience in e‑commerce or technology environments is preferred.
• Highly meticulous and detail‑oriented.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
