Required profile
- Bachelor's or master's degree in civil, hydraulic, water resources, environmental engineering or a related field.
- Approximately 8 or more years of experience in water infrastructure, urban drainage, flood-risk management or climate adaptation.
- Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary design projects and managing scope, programme, budget, resources, risks and quality.
- Strong project-management capability and direct experience engaging with clients, government agencies and authorities.
- Knowledge of Singapore's water-management and drainage context; familiarity with PUB requirements and ABC Waters Design is an advantage.
- Strong written and spoken English, and the ability to mentor engineers at all levels.
Required skills
- Hydrology, hydraulics, drainage design, stormwater management and flood-risk assessment.
- One-dimensional and two-dimensional hydraulic modelling; experience with MIKE, InfoWorks ICM, HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, XPSWMM, GIS or similar is mentioned but not required.
