Senior Industry Manager (Growth) – Greater China

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Industry Manager (Growth) to lead our Greater China Export Sales team from Singapore. You will drive explosive growth opportunities across the region, overseeing a portfolio of torso export advertisers and shaping long‑term revenue strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a sizable team of Client Account Managers focused on torso export advertisers.
• Own the torso export advertiser book of business for Greater China (excluding top key accounts) and ensure scalable service levels.
• Be the expert on Pinterest’s ad solutions, especially performance‑driven and lower‑funnel products such as conversions, shopping and feed‑based solutions.
• Define segmentation, tiering and prioritisation frameworks for torso accounts based on revenue potential, growth velocity, vertical and product fit.
• Develop medium‑ and long‑term growth strategies, set revenue targets, product mix and vertical plays.
• Identify whitespace and emerging key‑account opportunities and create pathways to upgrade them.
• Build data‑driven account plans with clear objectives, tactics and success metrics.
• Systematise learnings into reusable playbooks, checklists and training for the broader Greater China organisation.
• Represent the voice of torso advertisers within the Greater China region.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional with proven experience managing sales or account teams.
• Strong understanding of digital advertising solutions and performance‑driven products.
• Track record of delivering revenue, retention and growth targets in a B2B environment.
• Data‑oriented mindset with ability to create and operationalise account plans.
• Excellent leadership, coaching and communication skills.
