Senior Infrastructure Network Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Infrastructure Network Engineer to design, operate and optimise our enterprise network across Singapore. You will be responsible for ensuring high availability, reliability and performance of LAN, WAN, wireless and remote‑access environments while maintaining strong security standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, maintain and support enterprise network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, wireless and remote access.
• Monitor network health, analyse performance metrics and drive capacity planning and continuous improvement.
• Troubleshoot complex network and connectivity issues, adhering to SLA commitments.
• Configure and support routing, switching, DDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM), wireless and network security solutions.
• Administer firewalls, VPN solutions and secure remote‑access platforms in line with security policies.
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors and stakeholders on projects, upgrades, migrations and transformation initiatives.
• Participate in incident, problem and change management processes.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, network diagrams and knowledge‑base articles.
• Provide guidance to junior team members and promote operational excellence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in network engineering, operations or infrastructure support within enterprise environments.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex network issues in fast‑paced, mission‑critical settings.
• Strong customer engagement and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional certifications such as Cisco CCNP/CCIE or Fortinet NSE are a plus.
