Senior IT Support Engineer (m/f/x)

About the role

Scalable Capital, a digital investment and banking platform with a full banking licence, is hiring a Senior IT Support Engineer for its Singapore office. This is an onsite position supporting colleagues with 1st and 2nd level IT support and the administration of local infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Setup, configuration and maintenance of laptops, printers, conference room equipment and other hardware
• Administration of local infrastructure: macOS, Windows and Cisco infrastructure (access points, routers)
• Management of accounts and access rights (Google Workspace, VPN access, etc.)
• Further development of IT infrastructure and IT processes for a rapidly growing company, and implementation of IT infrastructure projects
• Development and establishment of a centralized identification and authentication platform
• Handling complex service requests for colleagues within 1st and 2nd level support
• Creation of technical documentation and reports

Required profile

• Completed studies in computer science or IT training (specialist information technology system integration or similar)
• Experience in 1st and 2nd level IT support
• Fluent English
• Strong sense of responsibility with sensitive data, proactive, independent and solution-oriented

Required skills

• Identity and access management solutions (e.g. Okta) – a plus
• Endpoint management solutions (e.g. VMware Workspace One) – a plus
