Senior Key Account Manager – APAC

About the role

EBANX is seeking a Senior Key Account Manager to help merchants expand globally, focusing on emerging markets in the APAC region. The ideal candidate will manage a portfolio of large to midsize merchants, driving year‑on‑year growth through tailored services and industry expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a merchant portfolio and achieve quarterly revenue targets through cross‑selling and up‑selling.
• Monitor, measure, and propose growth strategies, negotiating commercial terms with merchants.
• Develop and maintain strong, customer‑centric relationships, creatively solving merchant problems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
• Conduct frequent performance reviews with merchants to identify improvement opportunities.
• Utilise Salesforce to manage pipeline and opportunities.

Required profile

• Fluent English (interview conducted in English).
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• 5+ years experience in e‑commerce, OTA, gaming or related verticals.
• 7+ years experience as an account manager or in business development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Economics or related field; MBA preferred.
• Overseas living or study experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑managed, entrepreneurial attitude.
